The G12 Vision
The Vision of G12 (Government of Twelve) is founded on the great
commission given by Jesus. Its main objective is for every member to
become a leader who will transmit Christ’s character and form his group
of twelve.
Its structure is in four biblical principles: win, consolidate,
disciple and send. These principles are basically to win a new person,
consolidate him so that he will remain in Christ and disciple him so
that he can be sent to extend the gospel through preaching the good
news of salvation.
G12 was born through a vision that God gave to pastor Cesar
Castellanos. During these last few years the growth of the Christian
church in Colombia and in the world has experienced something amazing
through this vision.
Many ministries around the world have been witnesses to the growth and
multiplication of their members produced by the Vision of the
Government of Twelve. This is an effective tool to win and retain
thousands of new believers.
Pastor Cesar Castellanos
Castellanos is originally from Bogota, Colombia, where he is the pastor
of one of the biggest churches with over 150 thousand members just in
Bogota, and over 80 thousand in the rest of the country. He was
inspired by the cell group system used by Dr. Cho, and through the
implementation of the G12 Vision, which consists of training twelve
people just like Jesus did, and is impacting the nations of the earth.
In 1983, God spoke to him and told him: “Dream because dreams are the
language of my Spirit.” He then received the vision and saw multitudes
of people surrendered to God, not only in Colombia but in all the
nations of the earth as well. He started the church with just eight
people in the living room of this house and six months later he had six
hundred. Years later, they began to make use of auditoriums, coliseums,
and stadiums in different cities to carry out the services of the
International Charismatic Mission Church.
He has written several books with annual sales exceeding one million
copies. Books such as: Dream and You Will Win the World, Leadership of
Success Through the Twelve, The Revelation of the Cross, Touching the
Father’s Heart, and many others have led thousands of people to
strengthen their faith, to draw closer to God, to understand God’s
purpose for each life, and above everything else, led them to believe
that the dreams, with God, are a reality.
Pastora Claudia Castellanos
Claudia
Rodriguez de Castellanos, currently Senator for the Republic of
Colombia, for several years remained as the pastor’s wife, but in the
year 1997, God called her to be no longer behind her husband but
shoulder to shoulder with him in the pastoral work. That same year, the
international network of women was born gathering over fourteen
thousand women from the city of Bogota for the first meeting. Today,
the network has over eighty thousand members, not only in Bogota but in
different regions of the country as well.
The desire to transform her nation was not limited only to the
pastorship but also to intervene in the different decisions that would
affect the nation, defending the freedom of religion, the rights of the
families, the women, and the children. With this desire, she entered
the political sphere and became the first Christian Senator in the
history of the nation, achieving great progress through several bills
passed favoring women and families. She has remained in politics for
fourteen successful years, holding many positions in public office with
great influence for the country.
She has also written books such as The Women in the Ministry, where she
motivates every reader to develop as people of influence at the place
where God has placed them. Her conferences have impacted women to
become a constant support to the ministerial work at their churches.

Mission Carismatica Internacional
We
are a Christian church founded in established principles given in God’s
word. International Charismatic Mission was born in 1983 when Cesar an
Claudia Castellanos believed in a promise of God. They open the doors
of their house to start a cell group with 8 people.
From that moment on an evangelistic work was started not only in Bogotá
but in the whole nation of Colombia with the purpose of seeing this
nation converted to God.
This work has lasted more than 25 years and now its fruit is
consolidated. Right now ICM has more than 120,000 members in Bogotá and
more than 80,000 in the rest of the country,
The kids are a fundamental part of this great growth, more than 850
kinds went to an encounter in 2007. In the women’s ministry more than
10,000 went to an encounter and 7,000 men also attended an encounter
last year.
Cell groups are the foundation of multiplication, every person is being
pastured individually. There are more than 15,000 cell groups in Bogotá
and 6,000 in the rest of the country. The school of leaders has been a
great strength 31,000 registered in Bogotá and in the rest of the
country 7,000.
We have impacted the social and political spheres as well. We had a
great political victory achieving more than 49 seats in the whole
country.
Statement of Faith
WE BELIEVE
1. In one and only God, manifested in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (l John 5:7)
2. That Jesus was born of the blessed virgin Mary (Luke 1:26-38; 2:1-7)
3. That Jesus died and rose again on the third day, ascended to heaven
and sat at the Father’s right hand (I Corinthians 15:3-8; Hebrews 1:3)
4. That God’s Legal Representative on earth is the Holy Spirit (John 16:7-15)
5. In the original creation of man, such as taught in the book of Genesis (1:26-
28).
6. In man’s fall because of sin and in his redemption granted on the cross of Calvary. (Galatians 3:13).
7. In salvation without works, through faith, and in the
acknowledgement of the redeeming sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 2:8; John 3:16).
8. In the sanctification of the believer by the work of the Lord Jesus Christ, His Word and The Holy Spirit. (I Peter 1:15-23).
9. In baptism in water, by immersion. (Romans 6:3-8).
10. In the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2:4
11. The church as the Mystical Body of Christ (I Corinthians 12:12-31)
12. In divine healing through the redeeming work of the Lord Jesus. (Isaiah 53:4-

13. In the rapture of the Church (I Thessalonians 4:16-17).
14. In the visible second coming of Jesus Christ (Acts 1:10-11)
15. In the eternal judgment and the eternal salvation for the righteous (Revelation
